Q3: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We aim to process orders within 2 business days. After dispatch, Royal Mail 48 usually takes 2-3 business days, and Royal Mail 24 usually takes 1 business day. Please note these are estimates and delays can occur. You'll receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number on the Royal Mail website to see your parcel's progress.
