Order Processing Time
We're super excited for you to get your order! We're a small team and aim to process and pack everything up carefully within 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Once your order is packed and ready to go, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail.
UK Shipping Options
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked services so you can follow your parcel's journey. You can choose your preferred speed at checkout:
Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 48 Tracked):
Usually arrives within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
Cost: £3.99
Express Shipping (Royal Mail 24 Tracked):
Usually arrives the next business day after dispatch (if ordered before 5 pm).
Cost: £5.99
FREE Standard Shipping:
Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 48 Tracked) on all UK orders over £40! The discount is automatically applied at checkout. 🚚
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We're working hard to bring Ava Rose finds to more places soon!
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number on the Royal Mail website to track your parcel's progress.
Important Notes
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order! We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. We are unable to reroute parcels once they have been dispatched.
Delivery Times: Please note that the delivery times stated are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (like weather, postal strikes, or busy holiday periods).
Lost or Delayed Parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or if you believe your parcel might be lost, please contact us first at hello@avarosefinds.co.uk. We will work with Royal Mail to investigate. Please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch before a parcel is considered officially lost by Royal Mail.
