Hey, we hope you love your Ava Rose finds! But if something isn't quite right, here's how our returns work. ✨
Our Promise
You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging (where applicable).
For hygiene reasons, certain items like hair accessories (if worn), or opened beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Make a Return
Get in Touch: Please email us first at hello@avarosefinds.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return.
Pack it Up: Securely package the item(s) you're returning, preferably in the original shipping packaging if possible.
Send it Back: Post the parcel back to us at the address we provide in our return confirmation email.
Return Shipping Costs
You (the customer) are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item and whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
Please note that the original shipping costs paid on your order are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
Oh no! If you believe you've received a faulty item, please contact us immediately at hello@avarosefinds.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the fault. We'll sort it out for you as quickly as possible, including covering return postage for genuinely faulty goods.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
